Teleport Pedal Quick Demo | First Impressions & Initial Thoughts
Every once in a while, a piece of gear comes along that feels a little different, and the Teleport pedal from GuitarGate definitely gave me that vibe. I’ve spent years going down the rabbit hole of live looping, layered guitar textures, solo performance setups, and creative workflow ideas, so anything that approaches music from a fresh angle immediately grabs my attention.

This quick demo was really just me messing around and seeing where the pedal naturally wanted to go. My first impression was that it feels less like a traditional “effect pedal” and more like a creativity tool. That’s probably why it caught my attention so quickly. Anything that makes you want to keep playing guitar longer is usually onto something.
I’ve also been following what Michael Palmisano is building with GuitarGate for a while now. I respect the fact that he approaches guitar education from a real musical perspective instead of just throwing scales and exercises at people all day. There’s a strong focus on groove, creativity, improvisation, and actually connecting with music, which lines up pretty naturally with the whole BaronHead mindset.
A lot of modern gear feels like it’s trying too hard. This thing feels fun. And honestly, that matters more than people think.
Check out the quick demo video and let me know what you think. I’ll probably keep experimenting with this one as I continue evolving the BaronHead live looping and recording setups.
